Agenda Item Brief: Draft minutes of the City Council meeting of the concurrent meeting of the City of Sparks Council, City of Reno Council and Washoe County Commission for September 16, 2013 and the regular Sparks City Council meeting for September 23, 2013.

Background: Approval of the Sparks City Council minutes is standard procedure.

Analysis: The minutes are required to be available for public inspection within 30 days after the meeting per NRS 241.035.

Alternatives: The City Council could direct the City Clerk to revise, correct or otherwise alter the minutes and submit the revised minutes for approval.

Recommended Motion: I move to approve the minutes of the Sparks City Council meeting of the concurrent meeting of the City of Sparks Council, City of Reno Council and Washoe County Commission for September 16, 2013 and the regular Sparks City Council meeting for September 23, 2013 as submitted.
