Background: Councilmember Carrigan was appointed to the Western Regional Water Commission by the Truckee Meadows Water Authority as a City of Sparks representative. At the Truckee Meadows Water Authority Meeting of the Board of Directors on January 16, 2013 Mike Carrigan was appointed to the Western Regional Water Commission for the two-year term beginning April 1, 2013 and ending March 31, 2015.
