Agenda Item Brief: This is the presentation of the 2013 Public Survey.
Background: The City of Sparks undertakes a public opinion survey every 2 years. Over 7,300 phone calls are made over 5 nights. This year, there were 503 completed surveys which is a 6.9% response rate. The City has been doing a survey for almost 10 years. This information is shared with the public, all departments, and the City Council.
