Description: Removal and replacement of the main chiller and boiler, air handler refurbishment, pipe replacement, VAV box replacement, duct replacement, rooftop unit replacement, electrical work related to the HVAC Upgrade, and a new digital control system, along with all appurtenant work necessary to complete the project as stated in the plans and bid specifications.
