Agenda Item Brief: Approve the regular City Council minutes from the February 25, 2013 meeting and the February 11, 2013 special concurrent meeting.
Background: Approval of the Sparks City Council minutes is standards procedure.
Analysis: The minutes are required to be available for public inspection within 30 days after the meeting per NRS 241.035.
Alternatives: The Council could direct the City Clerk to revise, correct or otherwise alter the minutes and submit the revised minutes for approval.
Recommended Motion: I move to approve the minutes of the Sparks City Council meeting of February 25, 2013 and the February 11, 2013 special concurrent meeting as submitted.
