Agenda Item Brief: Draft minutes of the Redevelopment Agency meeting of April 23, 2012 and the final budget meeting of May 15, 2012.
Background: Approval of the Sparks Redevelopment Agency minutes is standard procedure.
Analysis: The minutes are required to be available for public inspection within 30 days after the meeting per NRS 241.035.
Alternatives: The Agency could direct the Agency Secretary to revise, correct or otherwise alter the minutes and submit the revised minutes for approval.
