Agenda Item Brief:

Presentation and discussion of the proposed five-year Capital Improvement Plan. All projects are subject to the City Manager’s recommendations and City Council approval of the final budget.

Background:

Each year staff meets with representatives from the various Departments and Divisions throughout the City to discuss the Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) and any new needs that have arisen throughout the year. Projects are prioritized with multiple meetings, conversations, and estimates that occur to obtain the most efficient and effective use of the available Budget.

Analysis:

A presentation summarizing the proposed CIP projects scheduled for Fiscal Year 2022 and the proposed five-year CIP for Fiscal Years 2022 through 2026 are attached for City Council’s review.
