Agenda Item Brief:

Draft minutes of the Concurrent meeting with the city of Sparks, City of Reno, and Washoe County on November 18, 2020.

Background:

Approval of the Sparks City Council minutes is standard procedure.

Analysis:

Per NRS 241.035, a public body shall approve the minutes of a meeting within 45 days after the meeting or at the next meeting of the public body, whichever occurs later.

Alternatives:

Council could direct the City Clerk to revise, correct or otherwise alter the minutes and submit the revised minutes for approval.

Recommended Motion:

I move to approve the minutes of the Concurrent meeting with the city of Sparks, City of Reno, and Washoe County for November 18, 2020.
