Title: Administer the Oath of Office to the reelected Honorable Barbara McCarthy.
Item Brief:

Section 1.110 of the Sparks City Charter requires every person elected to City office to take the official Oath of Office. As Judge McCarthy was reelected to the Sparks Municipal Court, she must take the Oath of Office for her new term. 

The Honorable Jim Spoo will administer the Oath of Office to Judge McCarthy.
