Title: Consideration and possible approval of the minutes of the regular Sparks City Council meeting for March 26, 2012

Recommendation: That the City Council approve the minutes of the Regular Meeting of March 12, 2012.

A Business Impact Statement is not required because this is not a rule.

Agenda Item Brief: Draft minutes of the regular City Council meeting of March 26, 2012.

Background: Approval of the Sparks City Council meeting minutes is standard procedure.

Analysis: The minutes are required to be available for public inspection within 30 days after the meeting per NRS 241.035.

Alternatives: The City Council could direct the City Clerk to revise, correct, or otherwise alter the minutes and submit the revised minutes for approval.

Recommended Motion: I move to approve the minutes of the regular Sparks City Council meeting of March 26, 2012.
