Agenda Item Brief:

City Manager Krutz and city staff will present an overview of emerging challenges, opportunities and the future needs of the city. The presentation will include a brief synopsis of department functions, priorities and needs, as well as future demands on infrastructure, staffing, and the growing need for technological advancement.



Background:

In preparing for the FY 21 budget cycle, City Manager Krutz is providing a snapshot of each department, a brief history of the progress made over the last several years, and identifying future challenges facing the city on a department by department basis.
