Draft minutes of the Sparks City Council and Sparks Planning Commission Joint Workshop for September 23, 2019 and the Sparks City Council meeting for October 14, 2019.
Background:
Approval of the Sparks City Council minutes is standard procedure.
Analysis:
Per NRS 241.035, a public body shall approve the minutes of a meeting within 45 days after the meeting or at the next meeting of the public body, whichever occurs later.
Alternatives:
The City Council could direct the City Clerk to revise, correct or otherwise alter the minutes and submit the revised minutes for approval.
Recommended Motion:
I move to approve the minutes for the Sparks City Council and Sparks Planning Commission Joint Workshop for September 23, 2019 and the Sparks City Council meeting for October 14, 2019.
