Title: Consideration and possible approval of an application for a Gaming license for Sartini Gaming, LLC, a subsidiary of Golden Gaming LLC, DBAT: Huntsman Tavern located at 880 Holman Way Sparks, Nevada submitted by Mr. Stephen Anthony Arcana.
Petitioner/Presenter: Mr. Stephen Anthony Arcana resides at 777 Tozzetti Lane, Henderson, NV./: Chief of Police Brian Allen
Recommendation: It is recommended that Council approve Mr. Stephen Anthony Arcana’s application for a Gaming license contingent upon the approval from the State of Nevada Gaming Control Board, location being inspected and approved by every city, county, district, and state agency having jurisdiction over the matter and upon fingerprints being returned from the FBI/CJIS that do not reflect any disqualifying arrests/convictions.

Mr. Stephen Anthony Arcana has submitted for consideration and possible approval, a Gaming license for Sartini Gaming, LLC, a subsidiary of Golden Gaming LLC, DBAT: Huntsman Tavern located at 880 Holman Way, Sparks, Nevada. Fees associated with this license are: $30.00 x 10 = $300.00 Quarterly.  There will be 10 multi-denominational machines.



Background:

Mr. Stephen Anthony Arcana is applying for a Gaming License for Sartini Gaming, LLC, a subsidiary of Golden Gaming LLC, DBAT: Huntsman Tavern located at 880 Holman Way, Sparks, Nevada.  Sartini Gaming is a licensed Slot Route Operator solely owned by Golden Route Operations, LLC which is a subsidiary of Golden Gaming, LLC.  Mr. Stephen Anthony Arcana has worked as an EVP and COO as a Slot Route Operator for Golden Entertainment, Inc, for 16 years.



Analysis:

Mr. Stephen Anthony Arcana has complied with all existing ordinances and requirements.



Alternatives:

Council may approve or disapprove this application.



Recommended Motion:

I move to approve Mr. Stephen Anthony Arcana application for a Gaming license for Sartini Gaming, LLC, a subsidiary of Golden Gaming LLC, DBAT: Huntsman Tavern located at 880 Holman Way, Sparks, Nevada contingent upon the location being inspected and approved by every city, county, district, and state agency having jurisdiction over the matter and upon fingerprints being returned from the FBI that do not reflect any disqualifying arrests/convictions.
