Recommendation: That the City Council approve the minutes of the Regular Meetings of January 9, 2012, and January 23, 2012.

Agenda Item Brief: Draft minutes of the Regular City Council meetings of January 9, 2012, and January 23, 2012.
Background: Approval of the Sparks City Council Minutes is standard procedure.
Analysis: The minutes are required to be available for public inspection within 30 days after the meeting per NRS 241.035.
Alternatives: The City Council could direct the City Clerk to revise, correct or otherwise alter the minutes and submit the revised minutes for approval.
Recommended Motion: I move to approve the minutes of the Regular City Council Meetings of January 9, 2012, and January 23, 2012.
