Draft minutes of the regular Sparks City Council meeting of October 8, 2018 and the Sparks City Council Sewer Rate Study Workshop of October 8, 2018.
Background:
Approval of the Sparks City Council minutes is standard procedure.
Analysis:
Per NRS 241.035, a public body shall approve the minutes of a meeting within 45 days after the meeting or at the next meeting of the public body, whichever occurs later.
Alternatives:
The City Council could direct the City Clerk to revise, correct or otherwise alter the minutes and submit the revised minutes for approval.
Recommended Motion:
I move to approve the minutes of the regular Sparks City Council meeting of October 8, 2018 and the Sparks City Council Sewer Rate Study Workshop of October 8, 2018.
