Agenda Item Brief:
Draft minutes of the Sparks City Council Workshop for the Sanitary Sewer Model Update of January 23, 2017 and the regular Sparks City Council meeting of January 23, 2017.
Background:
Approval of the Sparks City Council minutes is standard procedure.
Analysis:
Per NRS 241.035, a public body shall approve the minutes of a meeting within 45 days after the meeting or at the next meeting of the public body, whichever occurs later.
Alternatives:
The City Council could direct the City Clerk to revise, correct or otherwise alter the minutes and submit the revised minutes for approval.
Recommended Motion:
I move to approve the minutes of the Sparks City Council Workshop for the Sanitary Sewer Model Update of January 23, 2017 and the regular Sparks City Council meeting of January 23, 2017.
