Background:
Approval of the Sparks Redevelopment Agency minutes is standard procedure.
Analysis:
Per NRS 241.035, the minutes shall be approved within 45 days after the meeting or at the next meeting of the public body, whichever occurs later.
Alternatives:
The Redevelopment Agency could direct the Agency Secretary to revise, correct or otherwise alter the minutes and submit the revised minutes for approval.
Recommended Motion:
