The Vincenza @ D'Andrea Subdivision Final Map will create 41 residential lots within the D'Andrea New Urban District. The final map and civil improvement drawings have been reviewed by the Community Services Department and have been found to be acceptable. Staff recommends approval.
Background:
The Vincenza @ D'Andrea Subdivision is a continuation of the D'Andrea New Urban District. The Vincenza @ D'Andrea Subdivision will be generally located east of South D'Andrea Parkway. This subdivision will create 41 residential lots on 6.78 acres. The Developer will be Lennar Reno, LLC.
Analysis:
The final subdivision map and improvement drawings have been checked and found to be technically correct, conforming to local ordinances and state law. The appropriate plan checking and inspection fees have been paid. A performance bond has been filed with the City Clerk to guarantee the construction of the public improvements.
Alternatives:
The City Council may or may not approve the final subdivision map as submitted by the developer.
