The Employee Complement needs to reflect a change in title and department for the position of Parks Develoment Coordinator.
Background:
The title for the position of Parks Development & Operations Manager has been changed to Parks Development Coordinator; and, the position has been moved from the Parks and Recreation Department to the Community Services Department.
Human Resources is requesting a change to the Employee Complement to reflect these changes.

Current Department: Parks & Recreation
New Title: Parks Development Coordinator
New Department: Community Services Department

Alternatives:
1. The City Council may approve the change to the title as presented by staff.
2. The City Council may not approve the change to the title as presented by staff.
3. The City Council may not approve the change to the title, but provide direction or alternatives to the City Manager.
Recommended Motion:
I move to approve a change to the Employee Complement to reflect a title change from Parks Development & Operations Manager in the Parks & Recreation Department to Parks Development Coordinator in the Community Services Department.
