Agenda Item Brief:

Development policy, environmental and water sustainability, economic development and infrastructure are some of the subjects that have come to the forefront in the discussions with the individual Council Members. The City Council has asked staff to conduct a public discussion on these operational and/or strategic topics as they may relate to current or future economic development elements.

Additionally, some of the elements may be directed by the Council for implementation into the future operations of the City.
