Agenda Item Brief:

Draft minutes of the September 21, 2015 Sparks City Council concurrent meeting with Washoe County Bord of Commissioners, Truckee Meadows Fire Protection District Board of Fire Commissioners, Sierra Fire Protection District Board of Fire Commissioners, Reno City Council and North Lake Tahoe Fire Protection District and the regular Sparks City Council meeting on September 28, 2015.

Background:

Approval of the Sparks City Council minutes is standard procedure.

Analysis:

The minutes are required to be available for public inspection within 45 days after the meeting per NRS 241.035.

Alternatives:

The City Council could direct the City Clerk to revise, correct or otherwise alter the minutes and submit the revised minutes for approval.
