This item was tabled at the July 27, 2015 Redevelopment Agency meeting.

Background:

According to the Rules of Procedure for Sparks Redevelopment Agency Meetings 10.4.1., Agency member may request the Chief Administrative Officer to place a tabled item back on a future agenda. At that future agenda meeting, the Agency may call the item from the table prior to the "Approval of the Agenda". A majority affirmative vote will be required to hear the previously tabled item as part of the agenda.

The item has been placed on the agenda in case it is called from the table. If it is not called from the table, the item should be removed from the agenda during the approval.
