Recommendation: That the City Council approve the minutes of the Redevelopment Agency Meeting of July 27, 2015.

Draft minutes of the Redevelopment Agency Meeting of July 27, 2015.

Background:

Approval of the Sparks Redevelopment Agency Meeting Minutes is standard procedure.

Analysis:

The minutes are required to be available for public inspection within 45days after the meeting per NRS 241.035.

Alternatives:

The Agency could direct the Agency Secretary to revise, correct or otherwise alter the minutes and submit the revised minutes for approval.

Recommended Motion:

I move to approve the minutes of the Redevelopment Agency Meeting of July 27, 2015.
