This item was tabled at the July 27, 2015 Council meeting.

Background:

According to the Rules of Procedure for Sparks City Council Meetings 10.4.1., a Council Member may request the City Manager to place a tabled item back on a future agenda. At that future agenda meeting, the Council may call the item from the table prior to the "Approval of the Agenda". A majority affirmative vote will be required to hear the previously tabled item as part of the agenda.

The item has been placed on the agenda as item 9.1 in case it is called from the table. If it is not called from the table, the item should be removed from the agenda during the approval.
