Title: Consideration and possible approval of the minutes of the regular Sparks City Council meeting on January 12, 2015 and the Concurrent meeting with the Reno City Council, Washoe County Commission and Washoe County School District Board of Trustees on January 12, 2015.

Recommendation: Approve the Sparks City Council minutes from the January 12, 2015 and the Concurrent meeting with the Reno City Council, Washoe County Commission and Washoe County School District Board of Trustees on January 12, 2015.

Agenda Item Brief:

Draft minutes of the City Council meeting of January 12, 2015 and the Concurrent meeting with the Reno City Council, Washoe County Commission and Washoe County School District Board of Trustees on January 12, 2015.

Background:

Approval of the Sparks City Council minutes is standard procedure.

Analysis:

The minutes are required to be available for public inspection within 30 days after the meeting per NRS 241.035.

Alternatives:

The City Council could direct the City Clerk to revise, correct or otherwise alter the minutes and submit the revised minutes for approval.

Recommended Motion:

I move to approve the minutes of the Sparks City Council meeting of January 12, 2015 and the Concurrent meeting with the Reno City Council, Washoe County Commission and Washoe County School District Board of Trustees on January 12, 2015.
