Discussion and possible direction to staff to negotiate and prepare an Exclusive Negotiating Agreement with Silverwing Development for the redevelopment of six parcels owned by the Redevelopment Agency or City located within the Victorian Square project area and having Assessor’s Parcel Numbers 032-341-24, 032-341-25, 032-342-04, 032-135-13, 032-135-25 and 032-135-09. These parcels total approximately 4.1 acres in size. (FOR POSSIBLE ACTION)
