Recommendation: That the City Council approve the minutes of the Special and Regular City Council Meetings of November 10, 2014.

Draft minutes of the City Council Meetings for November 10, 2014.

Background:

Approval of the Sparks City Council Minutes is standard procedure.

Analysis:

The minutes are required to be available for public inspection within 30 days after the meeting per NRS 241.035.

Alternatives:

The Council could direct the City Clerk to revise, correct or otherwise alter the minutes and submit the revised minutes for approval.

Recommended Motion:

I move to approve the minutes of the Special and Regular Sparks City Council Meetings of November 10, 2014.
