Title: Consideration and possible approval of the minutes of the regular Sparks City Council Meeting of July 14, 2014 and the special Sparks City Council Meeting of July 10, 2014.

Recommendation: Approve the Sparks City Council minutes from the July 14, 2014 and July 10, 2014 meetings.

Agenda Item Brief: Draft minutes of the City Council meetings of July 14 and July 10, 2014.

Background: Approval of the Sparks City Council minutes is standard procedure.

Analysis: The minutes are required to be available for public inspection within 30 days after the meeting per NRS 241.035.

Alternatives: The City Council could direct the City Clerk to revise, correct or otherwise alter the minutes and submit the revised minutes for approval.

Recommended Motion: I move to approve the minutes of the regular Sparks City Council meeting of July 14, 2014 and the special meeting of July 10, 2014 as submitted.
