Agenda Item Brief: Draft minutes of the City Council meeting of June 23, 2014, the special meeting of June 19, 2014 and the Council Workshop on June 9, 2014.
Background: Approval of the Sparks City Council minutes is standard procedure.
Analysis: The minutes are required to be available for public inspection within 30 days after the meeting per NRS 241.035.
Alternatives: The City Council could direct the City Clerk to revise, correct or otherwise alter the minutes and submit the revised minutes for approval.
Recommended Motion: I move to approve the minutes of the Sparks City Council meeting of June 23, 2014, the special meeting of June 19, 2014 and the Council Workshop on June 9, 2014 as submitted.
