Title: Consideration and possible approval of an application for a Restricted Gaming license for United Coin Machine Co., dbat Maverik, Inc., #475, located at 1223 East Prater Way, Sparks, NV submittied by Mr. Robert Alvin Woodson.

Recommendation: It is recommended that Council approve Mr. Woodson's application for a Restricted Gaming license contingent upon the location being inspected and approved by every city, county, district, and state agency having jurisdiction over the matter and upon fingerprints being returned from the FBI/CJIS that do not reflect any disqualifying arrests/convictions.
Financial Impact: $120.00 x 7 = $840.00 annually. There will be seven, video gaming devices, multi-denomination.

Background: Mr. Robert Alvin Woodson is applying for a Restricted Gaming license for United Coin Machine Co., dbat Maverik Inc., #475. Mr. Woodson holds the position of Vice President and serves as the Regulatory Compliance Officer as a Gaming Slot Route Operator and has been in the business industry for 25 years. United Coin Machine Co., is a slot route vendor dbat five 7-11 stores throughout the Sparks area and holds the gaming licenses for two Raley's stores, #102 and #110.

Analysis: Mr. Woodson has complied with all existing ordinances and requirements.

Alternatives: Council may approve or dissaprove this application.
