Agenda Item Brief: Draft minutes of the Sparks Redevelopment Agency Budget Meeting on May 21, 2013 and the regular Sparks Redevelopment Agency Meeting on June 24, 2013.

Background: Approval of the Sparks Redevelopment Agency minutes is standard procedure.

Analysis: The minutes are required to be available for public inspection within 30 days after the meeting per NRS 241.035.

Alternatives: The Agency could direct the Agency Secretary to revise, correct or otherwise alter the minutes and submit the revised minutes for approval.

Recommended Motion: I move to approve the minutes of the Sparks Redevelopment Agency Budget Meeting on May 21, 2013 and the regular Sparks Redevelopment Agency Meeting on June 24, 2013 as submitted.
