Title: Consideration and possible approval of the minutes of the regular Sparks City Council Meeting for April 22, 2013 and the March 18, 2013 workshop. (FOR POSSIBLE ACTION)

Recommendation: Approve the Sparks City Council minutes from the April 22, 2013 meeting and the March 18, 2013 workshop.

Agenda Item Brief: Draft minutes of the City Council meeting of April 22, 2013 and the March 18, 2013 workshop.

Background: Approval of the Sparks City Council minutes is standard procedure.

Analysis: The minutes are required to be available for public inspection within 30 days after the meeting per NRS 241.035.

Alternatives: The City Council could direct the City Clerk to revise, correct or otherwise alter the minutes and submit the revised minutes for approval.

Recommended Motion: I move to approve the minutes of the Sparks City Council meeting of April 22, 2013 and the March 18, 2013 workshop as submitted.
