Title: Consideration and possible approval of the minutes of the regular Sparks Redevelopment Agency Meeting for March 25, 2013 (FOR POSSIBLE ACTION)

Recommendation: Approve the Redevelopment Agency minutes from the March 25, 2013 meeting.

A Business Impact Statement is not required because this is not a rule.

Agenda Item Brief: Draft minutes of the Redevelopment Agency meeting of March 25, 2013.

Background: Approval of the Sparks Redevelopment Agency minutes is standard procedure.

Analysis: The minutes are required to be available for public inspection within 30 days after the meeting per NRS 241.035.

Alternatives: The Agency could direct the Agency Secretary to revise, correct or otherwise alter the minutes and submit the revised minutes for approval.

Recommended Motion: I move to approve the minutes of the Redevelopment Agency meeting of March 25, 2013 as submitted.
