Description: The City of Sparks desires to partner with a nonprofit to provide skills and resources to low-to-moderate-income (LMI) City of Sparks residents, to assist in obtaining permanent employment and support City of Sparks businesses whose workforce was reduced due to the Coronavirus Pandemic. The selected proposer will be responsible of administering a program that supports both City of Sparks residents and business obtain employment and increase their workforce.
