Description: Remodel of an existing restroom and the addition of a new restroom and shower area at the Sparks maintenance yard. The work includes wall demo, new walls, plumbing modifications, electrical modifications, mechanical modifications, utility trenching, new concrete, painting, and flooring work, along with any other miscellaneous associated work activities necessary to complete the project.
