Description: The Truckee Meadows Water Reclamation Facility (TMWRF), jointly owned by the Cities of Sparks and Reno, Nevada, intends to engage a consulting firm to complete the 2019 TMWRF Facility Plan (the Plan). The intent is to create a planning document to identify necessary improvements, potentially new processes, equipment and facilities as well as repair or replacement of existing major assets. The planning horizon will be a facility that is capable of treating and discharging of 42 Million Gallons per Day of municipal wastewater in compliance with all aspects of TMWRF’s NPDES discharge permit.
