Agenda Item Brief: Background:
The Kiley Ranch Village 38 – Phase 3 final map will create 36 residential lots within the Kiley Ranch North New Urban District. The final map and civil improvement drawings have been reviewed by the Community Services Department and have been found to be acceptable. Staff recommends approval.
The Kiley Ranch Village 38 – Phase 3 Subdivision is a continuation of the Kiley Ranch North New Urban District. The Kiley Ranch Village 38 – Phase 3 Subdivision will be generally located east of Sparks Boulevard and south of Kiley Parkway. This subdivision will create 36 residential lots on 4.80 acres. The developer will be Jenuane Communities Kiley Ranch, LLC.
The final subdivision map and improvement drawings have been checked and found to be technically correct, conforming to local ordinances and state law. The appropriate plan checking and inspection fees have been paid. A performance bond has been filed with the City Clerk to guarantee the construction of the public improvements.
- City Council could approve the contract as outlined by Staff.
- City Council could reject the contract and provide direction to the City Manager.
